Never Disappoints

The occasion of two birthdays (one a milestone 70th) warranted going on the spend to get a signature bottle of the legendary bourbon. Life is too short and high quality bourbon is not too much to enjoy on occasions like this. All 7 present for the opening and finishing of the bottle agreed this was the finest bourbon they had every tasted. It will be tough to go back to our more pedestrian choices, but it was worth it. Extremely smooth, and probably in the true sweetspot -- in terms of the chemistry of bourbon -- for aging of bourbon and its resulting incredible flavor and feel.
