Purchased as an anniversary gift. The website stated if ordered by a certain time it would ship same day, after ship the next day. A couple of days went by with no movement. I sent an email and was advised that they were out of one bottle but would substitute and ship the next day. Leary I said okay. I then started to read reviews and was shocked at some of the reviews. They stated that the phone number was not a real phone number, the address listed was not their actual business. I finally disputed the transaction with my bank. Once that happened, I received a call from a random cell phone asking me to reverse the dispute because the package had been shipped. I advised I wasn’t comfortable but if it did arrive I would call the bank back and stop the dispute. I also advised them that they could simply stop the shipment. I was told that couldn’t happen. I received a second call the next day asking the same thing and I repeated my answer from the day before. That rep became extremely rude and asked me “well what do you think we shipped, a box of rocks?!”
I said at this point I don’t really care what you shipped, stop calling me, you will only discuss with my financial institution. I eventually received an email stating that the package had been returned to sender. I won’t attempt to use them again.
