I am sure glad Whiskey Whiskey carries Eagle Rare!

Eagle Rare is one of our go to Bourbons, very smooth with great feature. We are relatively new to bourbon but are hooked now because of Eagle Rare and Buffalo Trace.

HORRIBLE/ALMOST FRAUDULENT

This service is AWFUL!!! I paid for "Expedited Delivery" [2-3 business days] only to find out after the fact that it took 3 weeks for my order to 'reach the front of the queue'. I complained, asked for my expedited fee back, and heard nothing. Find another company to use!!!

Order incorrect

Only received 2 of the 4 bottles I purchased. Sent an email for help and have not heard back. Purchased from here before without any problems. Hoping this gets figured out quickly as they have already charged me.

Misleading advertisement

The Ad shows first release box limited to 6000 production run . First issue what was sent isn't first release black box its a white box! Second issue , where does it show that it is 1 of 6000 production run , as every other limited run does have a tag showing this ?

Super unsatisfied and a total loss

I placed an order for delivery as a gift. It was never delivered and I was never informed. I only realized after searching the tracking info to find out that the package was damaged and could not be delivered. When I contacted W&W customer service, they said they would rectify and re-send and inform me all along the process. To my knowledge - none of that happened. I hope somebody has a better experience but I wouldn't take the risk again.

Absolut Citron Flavored Vodka

Absolute Terrible Communication and NO customer service

Took over a month before product was delivered. No communication about anything. This company is terrible.

Shipping issues

I had ordered 3 bottles of blackberry Crown Royal and received only 2. It seemed that one bottle had broken as the remaining bottles and their boxes were wet and sticky as was the box they were shipped in. After sending in the requested pictures of the shipment and a reminder of the purchased protection plan, I finally received a refund after more than 2 weeks.

Love the product not the store.

It took 4 weeks for delivery of the product, I should have found another store. There was no phone contact option with which to discuss this issue. In addition to that, my payment was processed at time of order, not when it shipped. Will not use this store again.

Nonexistent Shipping Protection

This must be a joke. Your shipping protection is nonexistent if you cannot be contacted or fail to respond to attempts to contact. Once again you get one star because there is no option for zero stars.

Never received

Placed order. Card was charged. Never received shipping confirmation. Emailed customer care. They investigated. Emailed them again. Still no shipping confirmation. Order was canceled 6 weeks after being placed.

Damage to Woodford Reserve

The order was delivered on January 17, 2025 (significantly more than 2 weeks ago). I contacted you by email the same day to advise one of the bottles had damage to the seal allowing significant seepage. Pictures were attached to the email. To date I've received no acknowledgment that you received my complaint but I have received several advertising emails per week.

I disputed the charge for the bundle with my credit card company and I have a copy of their attempt to contact you for details. It doesn't appear that you have responded to them either.

I rated this transaction one star because there was no option for zero or a negative number.

Excellent Product / Delivery Needs Work

Ordered a specialty scotch and very happy with the section. However, it took over a month for the item to ship (after paying for expedited) and when I asked about it, they put me off and then changed the status to ‘shipped’ but it was another week before they turned the box over to UPS. Maybe they just printed the UPS label to create a shipment and appease my requests for updates. If you’re looking for a specialty bottle then these guys can help you, but probably not quickly.
