Eliminating original boxes helps us keep costs down, which can be passed on to our customers in the form of more competitive pricing.
Original boxes can be bulky and take up significant space during shipping and storage. This can significantly increase transportation costs and make it difficult to efficiently manage inventory.

If you purchase this product you WILL NOT receive the original crown royal box which should be stated in the description under the picture. It is stated in the shipping details that the company will ship items how they see fit but who is to expect a crown royal box not to fit into a 15x11x6 package. I paid around $25 in shipping for a box that supposedly helps keep the cost down when the crown royal bottle took up 1/4 of the box it was shipped in. The excuse that the original box not being shipped to help with cost is, in my opinion, ultimately a scam. This was a gift for someone who collects original packaging as well as bottles. This review has nothing so to do with the integrity of the whiskey just disappointed in the service.

Unfortunately, when I received the whiskey, it was not in the crown box, nor was the crown box in the package delivered. There was not a plastic seal around the lid, which makes me weary of tampering. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. The packaging protected the bottle, but was not meant for that shape bottle and most people don’t care if the package says fragile.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from you. I will reccomend you to everyone. Thanks and a merry Christmas to you.

This is a gift , reciever is enjoying it .

But whole delivery process took so long . If time to deliver can be minimized, it will be great.

I prefer high proof Irish Whiskeys. Blue Spot ($$$) one of my favorite, but you can't beat Redbreast 12 year Cask Strength for price and flavor. The Irishman Cask Strength Irish Whiskey is a close second. Not quite as "warm" and the finish not quite as strong.

My first time ordering from this company and I have no regrets. I will do it again. Great service quick shipping great product.

Was going for a more distinct sherry finish and darker color.

I’ve been making old fashioneds for a while and I’ve tried a bunch of different bourbons, some rare and many “high end” big dollar bottles. I’ll take Buffalo Trace over all of them.

This is one of a kind, smooth, and full of flavor. It pairs really well with a cigar.

I have had a hard time finding Crown Royal Blackberry. Needed for my sister’s birthday. Arrived on time packed well. Would recommend Whisky and Whiskey

I got my second bottle of bourbon from Whisky and Whiskey recently in a timely fashion and intact. The bottle was more prone to breaking because it had a very long and narrow neck.

We received a Whisky and Whiskey gift certificate and we were very pleased with how easy it was to order from their website. Our order arrived quickly and was extremely packed well for shipping. Now we can’t wait to sample what we purchased.

Unfortunately I got the delivery address wrong. These guys worked with me to get this sorted out. I’d use them again with no hesitation.
