Recipient was happy

I've had the same experience as Reese Clark (review below). I placed a $600 order on 12/2/23. Per their shipping policy, "Orders must be placed before 11:00 am Pacific Standard time Monday-Friday in order to be shipped out that same day. Any orders after 11:00 am will be shipped out the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday." and their highly advertised shipping to receive before Christmas, my order was well within the timeframe and I should have received it by now. I have tried to contact them every single day for over a week now on the status of my order. Aside from the initial email response that promised my order would be shipped out on Sunday, 12/17/23, I have been unable to get ahold of anyone. And my order still shows as unfilled. This is a deceitful business. If I do not receive my order by December 30, 2023, I plan to file a claim with the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I ordered from them on 12/8/23 and wanted to find out if I can expect the order to arrive by 12/24, if not, wanted to know if I can pay more for expedited shipping. I chatted with them the first time on their chat feature, and someone responded a day later, not answering my question, and promised they would prepare the label for my project to ship in a day or two, but that did not happen. I've called twice on separate days and left voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. I've emailed, but no one has responded. There is also no way of canceling an order on their website and I can't get a hold of them. I would not order from this site again and do not recommend it unless you don't care about the timing and don't need to communicate with them.
