A. The Whisky & Whiskey Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Whisky & Whiskey does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Whisky & Whiskey is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Whisky & Whiskey damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.

According to the owner because I did not buy supplementary insurance, seven of the 13 tequila bottles that broke in transport will not be replaced, and I will not be refunded. Obviously I’m unhappy about that. The tequila bottles were packed in a single wall box with styrofoam Cheetos. As more than half of them broke, I guess it was a pretty bad packing job. Certainly very poor customer service for someone that spent $1400 on tequila. Super dissatisfied. Avoid this vendor.
I shipped an expensive bottle of bourbon to a friend. It arrived broken. Fortunately I had bought the insurance, but I assumed I would get pushback on a claim. I’m pleased to say that after notifying Whiskey Whisky of the problem, they immediately shipped a replacement bottle which arrived safely the second time. All parties are happy, and I will recommend Whiskey Whisky anytime! Sincerely I’m thankful.

One suggestion, when shipping liquor, you should not hear the alcohol swoosh in the shipping box. Ohio is very strict on liquor shipping, but all was successful!!
